Enkei Resolutions was founded by Diane Weible to embody the values and insights she cultivated over more than 30 years of living and working in diverse cultural and organizational settings—including 12 transformative years in Japan. The name Enkei, derived from Japanese, means “vision to the future,” and reflects our commitment to forward-thinking growth and meaningful transformation.

Jensen Ford Insurance Agency traces its roots back to 1946, when Augie Jensen founded what became the A.H. Jensen & Sons Agency, and Claude Jarvis established the Jarvis-Ford Agency. Their shared commitment to protecting clients’ long-term goals laid the foundation for our agency’s values today.
As an independent agency, we’re not limited to one provider. We have the flexibility to offer coverage from multiple companies, allowing us to match you with the insurer that best fits your needs. Our priority is finding the right solution—not just the standard one.
Safe Gatherings
About Us
Safe Gatherings began in 2012 as a project to help the Kansas East UMC Conference (now part of the Great Plains UMC Conference) modernize its paper-heavy protection program.
Fueled by a passion for safeguarding vulnerable populations, we developed an online tool that streamlined the process for the Conference and the churches it served. That innovation became the foundation of Safe Gatherings.
After a year of refinement, Safe Gatherings expanded to other United Methodist churches and conferences, and soon to additional denominations. By 2015, we were partnering with schools, community organizations, and other groups serving children, youth, and vulnerable adults. From the beginning, our focus has been clear: preventing abuse through a system of checks and balances.
Today, Safe Gatherings supports more than 10,000 churches and organizations across 42 states, representing multiple denominations. We screen and educate staff and volunteers to help prevent abuse and create safer environments for those most at risk.
Sadly, headlines too often highlight abuse scandals in churches, schools, and community organizations. We believe every organization can do better—and we provide a simple, effective process to strengthen protection. Through background checks, reference checks, and comprehensive abuse-prevention training, staff and volunteers gain the knowledge they need: what to do, what to look for, and how to protect those they serve.
Our vision is ambitious, but essential: that organizations of every size take meaningful steps toward safer environments. When that happens, everyone benefits—especially the most vulnerable among us.

CongregationU
CongregationU is the sister company of Safe Gatherings. In working with churches across the country, we recognized a broader need for training in many aspects of church life. By offering this training online, clergy, staff, volunteers, and laity can learn at their own pace, on their own time.
Our courses cover a wide range of topics—from security and safety to leadership and management, as well as more challenging subjects such as abuse prevention. The course list continues to grow to meet the evolving needs of today’s churches, and we also partner with congregations to bring their own training materials online.
