Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — April 1, 2026 — Republic Insurance Group, LLC today announced the hiring of Nikolas Fabianich as Managing Director and Account Executive of its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. In this newly created leadership role, Fabianich will oversee the organization’s Northeast operations, including marketing, sales, strategic alliances, network planning, and revenue management. He will report directly to the Executive Committee of Republic Insurance Group, LLC.
Fabianich joins Republic Insurance Group with a proven track record of excellence in underwriting, relationship development, and operational leadership. Most recently serving as Underwriter II at United Church Insurance Association (dba Insurance Board) in Cleveland, Ohio, he advanced rapidly through increasing levels of authority, ultimately earning Level III underwriting authority for new business premium. His work included managing high‑value accounts, mentoring junior underwriters, and collaborating across departments to strengthen underwriting consistency and service delivery.
